  • Use examples, visuals, stories, and models to make complex information digestible.

  • Ensure everything is rooted in sound, evidence-based practice so learners build accurate, confident understanding.

Apply

  • Create meaningful opportunities to use the learning.

  • This includes practice, reflection, small challenges and real-world transfer tasks.

  • Support learners to check their thinking, build fluency and apply new knowledge in authentic contexts.
